Shore team and crew

Alex - The Skipper, is a commercially endorsed yachtmaster RYA Yachtmaster Instructor, RYA yachtmaster shore based instructor, RYA first aid instructor, VHF SRC Assesser, RYA Radar and Engine Maintenance instructor. He has been sailing since the age of seven starting, with dingy racing in enterprises and solos. Graduated into cruising boats 24 years ago, covering 120,000 sea miles, including two Atlantic circuits and a single handed Atlantic crossing. He won RSYC double handed series for his previous yacht's class in 2004 and helped Sobryah the Oyster 485 win the Antigua Oyster Regatta in 2007. He enjoys providing exciting holidays, sharing his knowlegde of the sea and all things nautical, exploring, mountain walking, diving, snorkelling, local cuisine and local culture.
